While this is a full-time position, we offer some flexibility regarding work hours and remote arrangements. Experience in construction or real estate is a plus!

### What You'll Do
- Oversee bookkeeping and financial management
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process recurring monthly invoices
- Handle payroll processing through ADP
- Manage calendars and scheduling
- Assist with operational tasks and administrative assignments

### What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (required)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A team player with a positive attitude and adaptability
