Bookkeeper - Greenwood Village, CO (In-office)

Salary: Up to $55,000 - $65,000 annually, DOE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper for our CPA client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll services to our business clients, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bookkeeping and payroll services for business clients
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and file sales tax returns
• Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Assist in preparing and maintaining client-specific procedures and documentation
• Support the preparation of financial statements
• Participate in other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll, preferably within an accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required; experience with ADP and Paychex is a plus
