About the Role

A behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive assessment, intervention, and training services for individuals and their families. This role includes overseeing ABA therapy , conducting behavioral assessments , and collaborating with families and service providers to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services , including assessments and skill acquisition planning.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client needs.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) , ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop reports within designated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical policies .
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions .
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with funder and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in active status.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving .
• Competency in computer systems for documentation and data analysis .
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, service providers, and other professionals.
• Physically able to work in clinical and client-based environments .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating ABA therapy into school or medical settings .
• Strong social and training skills to educate families and professionals on behavior plans.

• Must be able to work on-site in West Des Moines, IA.
