Nanny/Baby Sitter needed for a 15 year old boy who is 6’0” and weighs around 220lbs with behavioral issues. Looking for someone strong, firm, who can provide structure, and stick to a schedule. Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for a child
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for a child to learn and play
• Engage child in educational and age-appropriate activities
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks for child
• Maintain a clean and organized area (help him with his laundry, keeping his room clean, basic living skills, etc)
• Follow parents' instructions regarding daily routines, schedules, and any specific needs or preferences
• Monitor child’s behavior and intervene when necessary to promote positive interactions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, such as babysitting, nannying, or working in a daycare setting
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children of all ages
• Reliable transportation to commute to the family's location
• Become CPI (crisis prevention intervention) certified within the first 30 days of employment

Skills:

• Educate: Ability to provide educational activities that promote learning and development in children.
• First Aid: Knowledge of basic first aid techniques to respond to minor injuries or emergencies.
• Caregiving: Experience in providing compassionate care for children's physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Nannying: Experience in providing personalized care for child on a full-time basis.
• Cook: Ability to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for child.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $17.00/hour.
