**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join our team and maximize market opportunities by leading a team of 4-8 Account Executives. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Sales, this role is full-time and can be fully remote, with a preference for an east coast base and NYC accessibility.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the full sales cycle for reps selling into HR/Benefits decision-makers at mid-size corporates (2500 - 10,000 employees) in the assigned U.S. territory.
- Ramp up new hires to ensure they are ready to sell to prospective customers.
- Work cross-departmentally to improve efficiencies across the team.
- Monitor pipeline and communicate team progress to the VP of Sales.
- Travel as needed to meet with target clients and attend prospecting events and conferences.
- Bring innovative ideas for marketing our products in new and creative ways.

- Collaborating cross-functionally to drive new pipeline and wins.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the benefits space.
- Proactive approach to activating new customers.
- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required).

**Compensation and Benefits:**

- The target base salary range for this position is $165,000, part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
- Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
