We are looking for a full time - year round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Drakes Pond Apartments in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:

• Pay is up to $21.00 hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call

 Qualifications:

• 1 + years’ experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry. General construction knowledge with use of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of general plumbing fixes and repairs
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
