In this position, you'll focus on building meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions from a wide range of insurance products. This is a sales-driven role with a base salary plus commission, so the more you succeed, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and close leads through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
Educate clients about available insurance products and recommend the best options for their needs
Meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing earning potential
Ensure compliance with all industry standards and guidelines
Collaborate with team members and utilize technology to manage and track sales activity

Qualifications:

Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health (L&H) insurance license required
Proven success in insurance sales, with a track record of exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with technology and online sales platforms
